Intoxicated Man Passes Out at Pool While His Young Children Swim: Solon Police

While his children played in the pool on July 17, an intoxicated Justin Rodebaugh, 34, passed out in his pool chair and fell onto the ground, said Solon police. His children are 15 months, 3 and 7 years old. They were not hurt.

Someone in the apartment complex called police after Rodebaugh had fallen from his chair. After officers arrived, he became belligerent, police said.

Police arrested Rodebaugh and charged him with disorderly conduct and endangering children.
