Franklin Avenue Woman Bitten by Two Leashed Dogs

A Franklin Avenue woman was taking out the trash on Dec. 8 when she was bitten by two leashed dogs, according to

Another woman was walking two small brown dogs when they walked past her, they jumped up and bit the victim in the back of her legs.

By the time the victim regained her ground, the woman and her two dogs were gone, police said. The woman's identity is unknown, and the victim didn't know the breed of dogs.

The dog warden is investigating the case, police said.
