Fired Woman Tells Former Co-Worker To 'Square Up,' Charged With Menacing

A Solon business recently fired a 23-year-old woman for being disruptive and making threats.

The woman's day got worse: She was also charged with menacing after threatening to fight a former co-worker she thought got her fired, according to .

The police report says that the woman because mad at a co-workerr who did not want to give her a ride home to Bedford Heights. Police say the woman then sent harrassing and threatening text messages to the co-worker and also made threatening comments at work.

Police say the woman accused the co-worker of getting her fired. She said she wanted to fight the the co-worker by telling her to "square up."

The woman was charged with menacing, a misdemeanor.
