Fake Prescription At Pharmacy Gets Man Arrested

A 52-year-old Aurora man was arrested and charged with deception to obtain dangerous drugs after he obtained Vicodin using a fake prescription, according to Solon Police.

Police were called in to assist an agent from the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy to arrest and charge Siegfried R. Boehm, 52, of Aurora.

According to the police report, Boehm is accused of using a fraudulent prescription to obtain generic Vicodin from the pharmacy of Giant Eagle in Solon on Sept. 12.
