Expensive Jewelry Stolen From Solon Home, Carpet Cleaner Charged

A carpet cleaner with Stanley Steamer was arrested and charged with felony theft after Solon Police say he stole expensive jewelry from a customer's home on Spicebush Lane.

Tylor Carman, 20, of North Ridgeville, was arrested and charged with theft, according to a police report.

On Jan. 23, a 50-year-old Solon woman reported that she was missing jewelry after two Stanley Steamer workers had been in her home cleaning the carpet.

The jewelry, valued at $3,120, was found in the company work van. It was returned to the owner.
