Drunken Man On US 422 Thinks He's in Downtown Cleveland

charged a 21-year-old Cleveland man with lack of physical control after he was found drunk along U.S. 422.

The man, who said his blue Honda Accord's battery had died, told police that he was on East 55th Street in Cleveland, according to the police report.

He was actually on 422 between Harper and SOM Center Roads.

Actually, the man's passenger was the one who called the police because she felt unsafe with him.

The man was taken to the police station, where he registered a .205 blood-alcohol content, nearly two-and-a-half times the legal limit of .08, according to police.
