Drunken Driver Arrested After Causing Crash on US 422
The following information was provided by the Solon Police Department. An arrest does not mean a conviction.
A 20-year-old Hiram man was charged with drunken driving after he was involved in a traffic accident on US 422 on June 1.
The crash resulted in only minor injuries but the man blood alcohol level was .221, well over the legal limit of .08.
He was also charged with underage possession of alcohol when officers found beer in a cooler in his car.
