Police discovered the owner of the car was a 90-year-old Chagrin Falls resident. That woman's sister told officers she gave the vehicle to a relative to use -- the same woman arrested by police on May 25.
The woman was found at a Solon bar, where she was arrested and charged with failure to stop after an accident.
