Bad Muffler Leads to Arrests For Drugs, Burglary

The information in this report is from the Solon Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A Solon Police officer snagged two men accused with active felony warrants because of a bad muffler.

Now Adam Baird, 26, and Dustin James Kosley, 23, both of Ravenna, will also face drug and weapons charges after being pulled over on U.S. 422 on Sept. 27, according to a police report.

The report reads that the officer pulled over a car with three men inside because of a bad exhaust system. The men acted nervous while the officer asked them questions and answered his questions vaguely.
