Arts-Loving Thief Breaks Into Car and Steals Dancing Shoes, Recital Gear
A Stow woman had her car window smashed and her bag stolen while at the Giant Eagle in Solon.
Maybe the thief loved ballet.
A 25-year-old Stow woman called and reported that her 2000 Chevy Cavalier had been broken into and her bag stolen while the car was parked at Giant Eagle in Solon on May 8.
Taken from the car was the woman's bag, which contained $260 woth of ballet and tap-dancing shoes and recital gear and supplies.

The thief broken into the car shortly after 8 a.m. by smashing a window, according to the police report.
The theft is under investigation.
