The events at the community center make a difference.
Hundreds of people turned out for the first annual Tolerance Fair on Sunday.
This ground-breaking event generated energy and postitive feedback from all involved. Based on a negative experience in Justin Bachman's life, it was an example of turning something around and helping others.
Advocacy groups, nonprofits, city and county organizations all particapated. Local businesses kept the attendees well fed, and volunteers helped at every turn.
