A severe weather alert has been issued for Solon and other parts of Northeast Ohio
A strong storm producing damaging winds and quarter-size hail is moving southeast toward Solon.
The National Weather Service has issued a severe weather alert for Solon until 1:15 p.m. today.
The storm is also producing loud thunder and winds in excess of 60 miles per hour.
