Evan Koppel: Father of the Year
Evan Koppel, a Solon resident named Father of the Year in Northeast Ohio, was honored by Ohio Rep. Marlene Anielski.
State Representative Marlene Anielski (R-Walton Hills) recently presented a House commendation to Evan Koppel . Rep. Anielski met with Evan at his work, where he is a regional sales director for the Great Lakes Region at United Airlines.
Evan and his wife Julie reside in Solon and are the proud parents of Benjamin (age 14), Adam (age 12) and Rebecca (age 6). Being part of United Airlines for more than 22 years, Evan enjoys sharing his love of adventure with his kids by taking them on one-on-one travels to be able to spend quality time together on trips such as Alaska, Maine, and Ireland.
“I was proud to have a chance to meet Mr. Koppel,” Rep Anielski said. “He is a role model for not only fathers but also to mothers for being so devoted to his family.”
