2012 Holiday Shopping Spree Is Tuesday in Solon

Get a jump on the holiday rush! The Tuesday after Thanksgiving, Nov. 27, the Solon Community Center will host the 2012 Holiday Shopping Spree featuring dozens of local shops and home-based businesses as they present hundreds of gift ideas to help you personalize holiday presents this year.

You’ll find something for everyone from grandparents to little ones – all in one place at one time. 

The Solon Early Childhood PTA’s (SECPTA) Holiday Shopping Spree will take place at the Solon Community Center (35000 Portz Parkway) on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 from 7:00p.m. - 9:00p.m.  The event is free and open to the public, and no advance registration is needed.   Information can also be found on Facebook by searching “SECPTA Holiday Shopping Spree.”

Much more than a craft fair, the Holiday Shopping Spree is a special event that features dozens of home-based businesses, brand name retailers, and artisans with hundreds of gift items.  Featured items include a wide array of jewelry, designer handbags, kitchen tools, unique kids’ clothing and accessories, knit and crochet items, and educational toys and books – something for everyone on your list!  It’s also the place for truly personalized gifts, glass bead serving pieces, handmade soaps, and more.

SECPTA is the only Early Childhood PTA on the East Side of Cleveland and comprised of more than 350 families.  SECPTA is a unit of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA), organized for the parents of preschool age children (birth–5), regardless of what school the child will attend.
