Solon Cash Mob Is Today: Business Announced At Noon

The Solon Chamber of Commerce will hold a second Cash Mob on Oct. 3 to support a local business.

Help out a local business tonight by participating in Solon's second cash mob.

The business that will be mobbed will be a surprise, and will be announced today, said Chamber Chairman Jim Kelvington.

The announcement will be made at noon on Oct. 3 on Solon Chamber website. Solon Patch will also provide the information as soon as it's available.

A cash mob is an event to encourage people to shop local businesses by having a crowd descend on a specific business and have each person spend at least $20. They are usually organized through social media and, of course, good old fashioned word of mouth.
