  • Jim's Open Kitchen: An old-fashioned diner and a gathering spot for Solon area residents: a small nook with limited seating and a consistent clientele. Seating is in booths or at counter stools.
  • Red's Place is a local diner that offers breakfast and lunch options. Menu items include a variety of sandwiches, soups, salads and combo options. Red's Place specialties include the over-stuffed sandwich and stuffed tomatoes. Red's Place also offers on-site and off-site catering options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • One of Solon's newest restaurants, Harvest Kitchen uses main ingredients that are grown, raised and harvested using environmentally sound methods. Harvest Kitchen provides a classy option that's lacking in Solon.
  • Dino's is part of a locally owned chain, and sports some of the best Italian food around. Inside this multi-level eatery, you won’t find red-checkered tablecloths, Chianti bottles dripping with candle wax, or ropes of garlic hanging on the walls.  The décor is plain and simple; the food does all of the talking.
  • Simple, fresh, really good food. Fresh Start Diner is a locally-owned diner that is open for breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is served all day. Fresh Start Diner also offers a kids' menu and daily specials.
