The keystone store in the new Solon Village, the high-end grocery store was anxiously awaited by residents and cityplanners alike. Solon officials have worked for years to get the shopping center, once called Solar Center, rehabilitated and filled with the kinds of stores Solon shoppers want.
The store is having a grand opening celebration today, headlined by a cooking demonstration from celebrity chef Michael Symon.
