First Watch Opening Restaurant in Solon Later This Year

The breakfast, brunch and lunch chain based in Florida plans to open a location at Uptown Solon in mid-2011

First Watch, a breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant chain based out of Florida, will open a Solon location later this year in Uptown Solon.

It will be the sixth First Watch in the Cleveland area, according to a news release from the company. No hard date is set yet for the restaurant's opening beyond mid-2011.

The new restaurant is expected to employ about 25 workers and provide seating for 120 patrons. First Watch is a daytime place, open from  7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The restaurant will be located in the shopping center off Kruse Drive between PLAYmatters and Cuts N Curls. 

First Watch features traditional favorites like pancakes, omelets, salads and sandwiches as well as signature items such as the Chickichanga and Fresh Fruit Crepes. All of their menu items are freshly prepared to order.
