Solon Man Named 'Chef of the Year'
Eddie Tancredi was named to the top spot by the Americna Culinary Federation.
One of the top chefs in the country is a Solon Native.
Eddie Tancredi, 30, was recently named 2013 Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation, according to the Plain Dealer.
Tancredi is now the chef de cuisine at Table 45 restaurant in the InterContinental Hotel and Conference Center Cleveland.
