Bob Perfetto didn't see it coming.
He was named the Solon Italian Club's Man on the Year on June 29 at a banquet and said, "This is totally unexpected. I just love hanging out with you guys. I love you all and just really enjoy doing stuff for this club."
Perfetto has been a member since 2001. He was chosen based on the fact that he can always be counted on.

"He works hard behind the scenes and is ready to help whenever we ask," said 2010 Man of the Year Frank Finelli.
Perfetto has served on a number of club committees and has chaired the golf outing for the last years. He is the general manager of Mitchells Fish Market Seafood Restaurant and Bar in Woodmere.

He lives with his wife in Solon and is father to four children.
