Find out what SECPTA can do for you! Solon Early Childhood PTA meeting

SECPTA’s First General Meeting of the 2011-2012 year is Tuesday, August 23rd at the Solon Community Center (35000 Portz Parkway). The theme is “Who is SECPTA?”

Get to know members and learn what SECPTA is all about and what it can do for you and your family. We welcome families from Twinsburg, Aurora, Reminderville, Chagrin Falls, Glenwillow, Oakwood and other surrounding communities.

From Field Trips and Play-dates for the little ones to Mom’s Outings, Cooking Club, Book Club, Fitness Groups and even a Babysitting Co-op, SECPTA is engaging children and keeping suburban moms sane at the same time.

At the meeting on August 23rd, get to know the faces behind SECPTA and learn about the great events
planned for this year. Get involved as much or as little as your comfortable with. There will be snacks,
fun and lots of door prizes. Field trip signups start at 6:30pm and the meeting starts at 7pm. Everyone is
welcome!

SECPTA is a unit of the Parent Teacher Association (PTA), organized for the parents of preschool age
children (birth–5), regardless of what school the child will attend. We always welcome new members from
Solon and the surrounding communities. If you are the parent of a preschool age child or infant, we have
something for you. The purpose of our organization is to help parents of preschool age children better
understand their children via qualified resources, educational programs, the sharing of experiences, and
social activities. For more information about SECPTA, visit www.SolonEarlyChildhoodPTA.com.
