Ricardo Leon started where many restaurateurs do: washing dishes and busing tables. He eventually moved into the kitchen, but that wasn't his biggest move by far. Leon, now owner of Senorita Bonitas in Solon, grew up in far away Guadalajara, Mexico, the son of restaurateur parents.
