Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
3 breasts of chicken, cooked and diced or 2 6-ounce packages of Louis Rich Southwestern Chicken Strips, diced
2 cups shredded Cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
1 cup Blue Cheese or Ranch salad dressing
2 8-ounce packages of Cream Cheese, room temperature
1 12-ounce bottle of hot or mild buffalo wing sauce
3/4 cup chopped celery
Combine all ingredients and stir. Transfer to a casserole dish and cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and celery.
