Nathaniel Powell, 76, is wanted for charges including felonious assault, kidnapping and domestic violence for allegedly kidnapping a female and assaulting her with a knife. He is about 5’6” and 160 pounds. Credit Courtesy of the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office
Andrew Quinones, 28, is wanted for multiple counts of rape and kidnapping and one count each of gross sexual imposition and pandering. Antione Hall, 27, is wanted on four counts of rape, two counts of kidnapping, robbery and felonious assault. Police said he kidnapped his victim at gunpoint before robbing, assaulting and raping the victim. He is about 6’3” and 170 pounds. Credit Courtesy of the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office
