A water main burst in the northbound lane of SOM Center Road at Brighton Park Boulevard and the Cleveland Water Department will be on scene making repairs Thursday. 

The city of Solon posted an alert about the disruption on its website Thursday. 

Residents in the area should expect to be without water for a few hours March 7 while the water main is being replaced. Two-way traffic will be funneled into one lane on Thursday and Friday. 

Work on restoring pavement should be compeleted on March 8.
