At about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, a woman was driving east on U.S. 422 when she blacked out and lost control of her car. The car travelled between the two bridges over SOM Center Road, and launched off of the hill, flying into a guardrail on Route 91 below. Solon Fire Department

A woman and her 3-year-old daughter are lucky to be alive after their car plunged from a bridge overpass and crashed onto SOM Center Road in September.

The driver's daugher was unharmed. While the driver was injured, she provided updates to Solon Patch on her condition.
