Two women from Ohio died in a crash driving home from a spring break trip in Florida — seven others are recovering, including a 22-year-old from Solon.
Diana Mitchell, 22, of Solon is at a Florida medical center Monday following a fatal car crash Saturday morning during a road trip home from the Florida Panhandle.
Mitchell, a Solon High School graduate, was taken in under critical condition Saturday but is now considered to be in stable condition as of Monday, according to WKYC.
Two women died in the crash and six others are still recovering. Authorities said that the driver drifted into oncoming traffic on a Florida highway.
