Solon Football wide receiver Tres Barksdale has committed to play football at Georgetown University next fall, according to the Plain Dealer.

In his senior season at Solon, Barksdale had 32 catches for 411 yards and 5 touchdowns. His longest play was a 70 yard catch, according to stats from Solon Football.

He joins other Solon Comet football players making college committments. Nate Hoff will play at the Naval Academy. Austin Stock will play at Columbia University.
