Solon firefighters recently conducted training on an old school bus to practice how to approach such a crash.
The fire department and Solon Schools transportation officials flipped an aging school bus -- that is being phases out of the fleet -- and used it to practice triage, treatment of wounds in confined spaces and evacuation procedures.
