Solon Police said an Orchard Middle School student threatened to kill another child on Nov. 7 as they waited to board a bus.
The incident occurred at 3:40 p.m. that day in front of the school. Police Lt. Bruce Felton said a 10-year-old boy told a 10-year-old girl that he was going to kill her with a gun he planned on bringing from home.
Felton said the boy was turned over to a juvenile officer and could face menacing charges if the case goes that far.

Spoke with our principal who said a gun was not even mentioned in the alleged incident. I'm disappointed this was posted here before the facts were checked.
