When a new Giant Eagle Market District opens in Solon in 2013, it will be one of the nicest, most-high end grocery stores in the Cleveland area.
Now that demolition of the old Solar Center buildings is complete, construction has begun on the new Giant Eagle.
Giant Eagle plans to build a Giant Eagle Market District store in the redeveloping Solon Village shopping plaza. That means the store will have more more services, including outdoor cafe seating, and more diverse food offerings.
Right now there are no other Giant Eagle Market District stores in the Cleveland area.
