Man Found Asleep in Car on Solon Road; Charged With Drunken Driving

Solon Police arrested and charged an Oakwood Village man for drunken driving after he was found sleeping in his jeep at the intersection of SOM Center and Solon roads, according to a police report.
Police arrested and charged David S. Gray, 62, with drunken driving and possession an open container of alcohol.
According the report, Gray was found asleep with an open bottle of rum in the jeep on OCt. 25. He also had an open bottle of rum in the car.
He blew a .280 on the breathalyzer test, according to the report. That's more than three times the legal limit of .08.
