Police arrested an intoxicated man who was attempting to kick in the door of an apartment at Park East where he used to live.

It was the third such arrest in about a year for Justin Matthew Rodebaugh, 35, of Solon, who is now facing a charge of disorderly conduct, according to a Solon Police report.

According to the police report, Rodebaugh was unable to care for himself and was arrested.

Rodebaugh was also arrested this spring when his son turned him in for being drunk at the Solon Community Center, according to police records. Last summer, Rodebaugh was arrested and charged after falling asleep while his children played in a pool.
