The information in this report is from the Solon Police Department. An arrest does not mean a conviction.

A 52-year-old Chestland man was charged with aggravated menacing after threating to kill an Arby's worker in Solon.

The man's beef? The fast-food restaurant on SOM Center Road wouldn't serve him on foot at the drive-thru window, according to Solon Police.

Arrested and charged with aggravated menacing was Michael M. Marjanovic, 52, of Chesterland.

According to the police report, Marjanovic wanted to be served at the drive-thru window on foot. But Arby's does not serve people who aren't in a car at the drive-thru.
