Knife Fight Leads to Disorderly Conduct Charge
Two men pull out weapons over workplace disagreement
Two employees at the Cosmo Corporation on Aurora Road decided to settle a work disagreement the old-fashioned way: A duel with sharp weapons.
A third worker came to the business March 24 to find the two employees fighting. One had a knife and the other had a wooden-handled landscaping tool.
The witness said that he told the fighters to put their weapons down. They did – and then began a fistfight.

One of the men, Gregory Elder, 30, of Maple Heights, was issued a misdemeanor citation for disorderly conduct, police say.
According to the report, Elder had originally pulled out two knives to fight his co-worker, but his enemy was able to take one of the knives away.
