Drunken Deja Vu, Fighting at the Cinema, Breaking and Entering: Blotter Roundup

Drunken Driving: Ricky Owens, 42, of Maple Heights was arrested on Sept. 19 at 8:28 p.m. and charged with drunken driving, according to Solon Police. Dispatch received a call from the man's girlfriend alleging that they were at the Solon Cinemas on Enterprise Parkway and that Owens was intoxicated and yelling at her, and trying to get in his car and drive away, according to the report. The car was located by police on Aurora Road and stopped in the Solon Square Shopping Center. Owens refused to submit to a breath test.            

Breaking and Entering: A 61-year-old Cannon Road resident reported that someone went into his garage and stole his lawnmower, according to Solon Police. The man reported the theft on Sept. 18, saying that he believes the lawnmower was taken in the past two weeks.
