Drugs and Baseball Bats: Solon Man Confronts Man Parked In Driveway

A Solon man told police that a man pulled into his Bainbridge Road driveway in a truck and began using drugs.
The man handled it by smashing out the window of the the truck with a baseball bat, according to a Solon Police report.
Arrested and charged in the incident were Scott David Holland, 39, of Shaker Heights and Leo P. Beer, 28, of Solon.
Holland was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments, falsification and was also arrested on a warrant for the Bainbridge Police Department on a failure to appear charge.
Beer was charged with disorderly conduct.
Police pulled over Holland on SOM Center Road, and when he got out of the truck, glass shards fell onto the ground. He told police that Beer smashed his window, according to the report.
Police found two syringes in the truck. Police say Holland originally lied about his identity, which lead to the falsification charge.

Drug people are really stupid. Who pulls in a private drive and does drugs. Bravo to the home owner for making his statement. Now the criminals will probably sue him.
