Brandon Thompson, Anthony Collica Win State Championships
Solon wrestlers Brandon Thompson and Anthony Collica both won their third state championships Saturday.

Solon wrestlers Anthony Collica and Brandon Thompson each won a state championship on Saturday in Columbus.
Collica defeated Markus Scheidel of Lakewood's St. Edward in the 152-pound championship match. Thompson won against Artem Timchenko of Olentangy Orange in the 120-pound championship.
Both wrestlers won their matches by a 3-1 decision.
Two of the greatest wrestlers in Solon history, Collica and Thompson brought home their third state championship.
