Boy Turns In Father For Being Drunk At Solon Community Center
The information in this report is from the Solon Police Department. An arrest does not mean a conviction.
A 35-year-old Solon man was causing a disturbance at the Solon Community Center on April 28, falling over drunk in the locker room while struggling to dress his three kids, according to Solon Police.
That led one of his children, an 8-year-old son, to approach a worker at the center and tell them his father had been drinking, and that he wanted them to call his mother.
Solon Police officers responded and arrested the father, Justin Matthew Rodebaugh, 35, of Solon. He is charged him with disorderly conduct.
Staff at the community center stayed with the children -- which also included a 4-year-old girl and a 2-year-old boy -- until they were picked up by their mother.
Rodebaugh is the same man arrested last summer after police say he passed out while his children played in the pool at Solon Park Apartments. He was found guilty in Bedford Municipal Court of disorderly conduct persisting in November.

So sad. Hope he realizes he needs help and decides to get it.

So sad...I feel sorry for the kids. I applaud the one for being the responsible one and getting a staff member and seeking help!
