A 93-year-old nursing home patient had her wedding ring stolen while she slept, according to Solon Police.
The woman is a patient of Solon Pointe on Emerald Ridge Parkway. She reported that her gold wedding ring was stolen where she slept on the night of Sept. 11, according to the police report. She reported the theft the next day.
The ring is valued at $8,000.
Police detectives are investigating.
