Solon Center for the Arts has announced auditions for the fourth Young Artists Concerto Competition with Solon Philharmonic Orchestra. The competition is open to musicians 18 years and younger.  

Auditions will be held at the arts center after the orchestra’s spring concert Sunday, March 20, beginning at 6:00 p.m. Instrumentalists and voice students with appropriate repertoire are invited to audition. Deadline for entries is March 10. 

The winning student will receive a $500 cash prize and the opportunity to perform with the orchestra in a concert on Sunday, May 22. The second place winner will receive a $250.00 cash prize and third place will receive a $100 cash prize.
